What is a Brand you'd like to see on HFC?

I would love to see more skincare, clothing, and beauty brands, I would love to see Korean skincare like I'm From, RoundLab, or Beauty of Joseon, expanding to their US demographic. As for beauty, I would love to see Glossier, L'Oreal, Rhode, and so much more. For clothing, I would absolutely love to see Hollister, Brandy Melville, Aeropostale, Aerie, GARAGE, alo, ZARA, and so much more.

In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?

In a difficult interaction, I would ensure to remain calm while handling what the customer is concerned or complaining about. For an example, if there was miscommunication between the client and company, I would reassure both sides and send over the revised, clear description to act as a middle man or connect them through a Slack group chat or email to talk about logistics.
