First, I explore the product freely to understand how it works. Then I follow specific user flows step by step, like signing up, logging in, making a payment, or using key features. I try different scenarios, including edge cases, such as entering wrong data, leaving fields empty, using very long inputs, or switching devices and browsers.

If needed, I also do basic security checks, similar to light penetration testing, for example testing input validation, permissions, and how the system handles unexpected behavior.

for documentation, When I find a bug, I document it clearly and in a structured way. I know how to properly fill in a bug report so that developers can easily understand and reproduce the issue. In a bug report, I include:
