Describe a strategy to increase organic brand growth through influencers.
A strong strategy for increasing organic brand growth through influencers is to build long-term relationships with creators who genuinely fit the brand’s lifestyle, rather than relying on one-off sponsored posts. Partnering with micro-influencers who already create content around cozy routines, home decor, or self-care allows the product to appear naturally in their daily content, which feels more authentic to their audience.I would also encourage UGC-style content and repost high-performing influencer content across the brand’s own channels, creating a loop of exposure and social proof. By working with multiple creators consistently, tracking engagement, and doubling down on the content styles that perform best, the brand can steadily grow awareness and trust organically.

How would you identify the best influencers for Companion Candles?
I’d start by identifying creators whose audience already aligns with the lifestyle Companion Candles fits into—home decor, cozy routines, self-care, book lovers, pet owners, and “aesthetic” lifestyle content. I’d look for influencers who naturally feature candles or ambiance in their content and whose audience engagement (comments, saves, shares) shows a genuine interest in cozy home products. From there, I’d prioritize micro-influencers (10k–100k followers) who have strong engagement and create authentic, relatable content on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. These creators tend to drive higher trust and conversions because their recommendations feel like real lifestyle suggestions rather than ads.

How do you keep social media content engaging and fresh?
I like to keep content fresh by mixing different formats—POV-style clips, reactions, unboxings, and quick storytelling moments—while paying attention to trending sounds and formats on TikTok and Reels. Keeping videos short, authentic, and visually dynamic helps maintain engagement while still making the content feel natural rather than overly produced.
