I stay updated on Instagram and TikTok trends by actively using the platforms daily and paying close attention to my For You page and Explore page. I notice which sounds, formats, hooks, and topics are being pushed and gaining traction. I also follow content creators who specifically share trend insights and content ideas for other creators. This helps me quickly spot emerging trends and adapt them into content that feels current and relevant.
