Lately, I have been trying to focus on myself and lead a healthier life. I have been hitting the gym and eating healthier. However, the part of my everyday life that's dramatically affected me is my sleep schedule. I used to go out all the time and wake up 6 and go to school and never get my full rest. Although it's cliche, getting my beauty sleep has made me be in a better mood and alert throughout the day.
