I think Gen Z wants a flexible work where they can also do other side jobs.Gen Z like multitasking such as being a student but also part-timer as employers usually seek applicants with work experiences.Nowadays with increasing expenses of living,it seems that money is necessary for everything and Gen Z are fully aware of that
