Can you discuss a time you had to lead a project?
As Vice President of my college Asian American Cultural club, I led a fundraising project where we sold themed mystery bags featuring anime, Pokémon, and K-pop merchandise. I organized the inventory, helped design the packaging, and promoted the sale through social media and tabling events. I also worked with the team to price the bags and track sales. The fundraiser was a success—we sold out and raised enough to support future club events. We decided to keep this as a great way for fundraising for later on due to how much of a hit it was.

How would you approach recruiting potential creators through social media platforms?
I would start by identifying platforms where our target creators are most active, like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. From there, I’d engage with their content authentically—liking, commenting, and sharing—to build familiarity. I’d also use direct outreach through DMs or emails with personalized messages that highlight how a partnership would align with their brand. To scale outreach, I’d create engaging posts, reels, or stories that showcase the benefits of joining our creator program and encourage inbound interest. Tracking engagement and optimizing based on what resonates would be key to refining the strategy
