Social media managers should be making sure to keep up with trends and styles of their target audience. If they are trying to connect with a certain generation to promote a product, idea, organization, etc. then they should be active in that community and following their trends.

In a group setting I can tend to be a little more introverted depending on the crown and how well I know them, but I can be very quick to take on a leadership position if needed. I believe I am very good at participating, doing my job, and even helping others do their job if asked to do so.

I am passionate about this because I think that is important for people to understand the importance of contraceptives and being safe with sex. I am excited that I could be helping this company get all of the information they need and possibly being able to bring a light and sense of normality to contraceptives like Julie.
