You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
When it comes to product testing every feedback is important. I.e. even if the product hasn’t achieved the results that are expected, doesn’t necessarily make the review negative, on the contrary it provides more information that come to the aid of the costumers and the company. And for this the company should be notified through official contact channels and offer honest and respectful review, while providing recommendations or solutions that benefit both sides.
