Interview Questions
Smash Kitchen
Social Media Marketing Intern

Show us a creator smash Kitchen should collaborate with and explain why?
i'd go with a mid-size food creator in the 50k-200k range who makes content around quick satisfying meals and has an engaged everyday audience rather than just a pretty feed. someone like that brings authenticity and their followers actually trust their recommendations, which converts better than a big name who promotes everything. the collaboration would feel organic rather than sponsored, which is exactly what food brands need right now.

What is your approach to engaging creators through direct messages?
keep it short, specific, and human nobody responds to copy paste messages. i'd open by referencing something specific about their content so they know it's genuine, then explain why Smash Kitchen feels like a natural fit for their audience rather than just pitching a deal. the goal of the first message is just to start a conversation, not close anything so i'd keep it light and leave room for them to respond naturally without feeling pressured.

How would you show up as Smash Kitchen in the comments? give 2-3 examples.
the brand voice in comments should feel warm, confident, and a little playful like a friend who really knows food. for example: someone posts a home cooked meal β "okay this is giving us serious inspiration π what's your secret?" someone complains about not being able to cook β "that's literally what we're here for, we got you π"
