What is the one thing a college student needs in their career that they currently aren't getting today?
Honest and real experiences! As a college student myself, I can attest to the multitudes of websites that holds résumé examples and power verbs lists. However, what I find, is that person-ability is essential to really understand the field and grow into more! Otherwise, it becomes difficult to be differentiated from automated-feeling spaces of text instead of a real, exciting person.
