How would you engage with customers at a busy event booth?
At a busy event booth, my approach is to be proactive rather than reactive. I start by using an open-ended 'hook' to break the ice—like asking if they’ve seen our latest tech demo—rather than a closed question that’s easy to dismiss.Once engaged, I use a fast 'qualification' process to understand their needs while managing the flow of the crowd. Since I have a background in Computer Science (COS101), I prioritize efficiency; I utilize digital tools like QR codes for instant lead capture to ensure no potential connection is lost in the noise, and I always aim to leave every customer with a clear, high-energy takeaway of the brand’s value.
