There is alot we can convey to the audience through visuals and sound design in many movie the foods or drinks are presented in such a way that compels the viewer to try it and also urges them to get that product / item .

As a customer i would put my focus in the flavor profiles of the aperitif as there are many cheap drink which use artificial sweeteners and i would prefer it to have bitterness with a hint of savory .
