How do you think about the difference between content that builds a brand vs. content that drives a purchase?
Content that builds a brand is content that explains the product and gets engagements. Content that drives a purchase is targeted to the correct audience and makes people watching think about if they need something like this. It solves a problem for consumers and drives them towards a purchase. It has to actually be memorable and make them stop and think, instead of just promoting the product.

If you had to create one piece of content for Sousa this week, what would it be and why?
I would make a video of me rushing to class as a college student and needing something with protein after the gym but also something to hydrate me and then I would show how to make the drink with the packets and explain why this is the best option. It will not only show the benefits of the ingredients but also how it is a fast drink for college students.

How would you increase engagement for a new Supplement brand on social media?
I would increase engagement by emphasizing what is in the drink because I think that will grab a lot of people's attention. I haven't heard of a drink with both electrolytes and that much protein. I would create videos that are mixed with gym content because that type of audience would love this drink.
