Can you provide an example of a successful client onboarding experience you've managed?
Check-in calls would be my example, clients I worked with in the past would struggle and feel overwhelmed by products and I would try to help navigate the issues such as how they feel about the product or need help, and check in with them weekly.

How do you prioritize tasks in a fast-paced start-up environment?
Time management and planning (create lists), seek the urgency of the situation. I always have to be scheduled and write everything down to stay focused and put clients needs first. Also ALWAYS communicate with the team to see what we need to focus on
