I can get anxious before I sleep and I have founds tips/hacks on how to help me fall asleep quick! It starts with me checking my to do this off for the day so I know I didn't miss anything and then once I am in bed I do a meditation/breath work. I specifically do the 4,7,8 method. Those two things have helped significantly and I am always looking and trying ways to improve my sleep and overall health and well being!
