How do you stay updated on current trends in social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram?
I stay updated on trends by spending time daily on TikTok and Instagram, exploring the For You page, Reels, trending sounds, and hashtags. I also follow a few creators and marketing pages that break down what’s gaining traction. A lot of times, simply just scrolling helps me spot patterns early, and I’ll save or build off of ideas that spark something for me.

I’m based in Levittown on Long Island. I go to Stony Brook University but often visit NYU.

What's one way you've helped foster community on your campus?
One way I helped foster community on campus was just by being that go-to person who brought people together. Whether it was organizing little movie nights, inviting someone to the gym, study sessions, or even spontaneous group walks to grab food. I found that creating low-pressure spaces where people could just connect made a big difference in helping others feel more at home.
