Interview Questions
MacroPlate
Sales Ambassador Intern

Have you had a sales centered role in the past and describe what it was like?
With years of experience as a server and bartender, I’ve developed a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and building genuine connections with diverse people. I know how to read a room, anticipate needs, and create positive, memorable experiences—which directly translates to how I engage with audiences and represent brands. Whether I’m behind the bar or behind the camera, my goal is the same: make people feel seen, heard, and valued.

How would you approach engaging with potential customers at a local event as a Brand Ambassador for MacroPlate?
As a graduate student in social work at UCLA with a background in advocacy, peer support, and community engagement, I’ve built a strong foundation in connecting with people in authentic and meaningful ways. I’ve worked closely with underserved communities, including veterans, former foster youth, and students with disabilities, and I bring that same heart-centered approach to every opportunity—including brand partnerships. I understand how to communicate with purpose, create trust, and inspire others through honest storytelling. What sets me apart as a potential brand ambassador is my ability to balance influence with impact. I don’t just promote products—I align with brands that reflect my values, and I create content that resonates with real people. I know how to engage an audience, build organic loyalty, and represent a brand with integrity. If you’re looking for someone who will advocate for your brand with intention and energy, I’d be excited to collaborate.
