How would you create content around a topic that some find sensitive?
I would market myself as relatable and I would use my own experiences to show people that therapy is a subject that can be discussed openly. I would tell viewers that they are in a safe space and I would want them to trust me and understand what I am saying through my explanation of therapy and mental health.

Do you have experience with mental health or therapy? are you comfortable sharing your experience in a vague manner?
Yes, I have been going to therapy since I was 12 years old and I have seen 5 therapists over the course of my life. I love therapy and I believe that everyone should have it and that it should be a basic human right. I have struggled with depression most of my life but therapy has helped me manage it and it has helped me organize my thoughts and feelings.
