What excites me most about creating real life content is how relatable and trustworthy it feels. Authentic, unfiltered moments allow people to see how a product or routine actually fits into everyday life, which builds stronger connections than overly produced content. I love capturing things as they happen, whether it’s getting ready, winding down at night, or being on the go, because it feels honest and approachable. Real life content invites conversation, builds community, and makes brands feel more human, which is what audiences respond to most right now.

How do you typically share products or routines you genuinely love with friends or on social media?

When I genuinely love a product or routine, I share it in a way that feels organic and conversational. With friends, it usually comes up naturally, whether I’m recommending something during a workout, getting ready together, or talking about what’s been working for me lately. On social media, I focus on real life integration rather than overly polished promotion. I like showing products as part of my everyday routines, explaining why I use them, and being honest about how they fit into my lifestyle. I’ve found that authenticity builds trust, and people are more likely to engage when it feels relatable and genuine.

What does self-care look like for you during this chapter of your life?

Self-care for me right now is about balance and sustainability. As a college student, it looks like prioritizing my physical and mental health while staying organized and realistic with my schedule. I make time to work out, eat intentionally, and get enough rest, but I also practice selfcare by setting boundaries, managing stress through routines, and giving myself grace during busy or overwhelming periods. One of my favorite forms of self-care is my nighttime routine. This looks like taking the time to do a full shower and skincare routine to help me reset, unwind, and feel grounded after long days. There’s something really comforting about ending the night that way, and it helps me show up more refreshed and present the next day.
