Which social media platforms do you use most often, and what do you like about their setup or analytics tools?
My go to platform is Instagram, primarily because it currently offers the most versatile ecosystem for brand storytelling and the most actionable native analytics for immediate optimization.
While I use third party tools for reporting, I prefer Instagram’s native Professional Dashboard for real-time decision making. I focus on three specific metrics
Reach vs Impressions: I monitor this to audit my hashtags and Explore page performance. If Impressions are high but Reach is low, I know I’m serving the same people repeatedly and need to broaden my content pillars.
Saves & Shares (The 'True' Metrics): I prioritize these over Likes. A 'Share' tells me the content was relatable enough to endorse, and a 'Save' tells me it provided utility/value. This is my primary KPI for educational or finance content.Navigation Metrics (for Stories): I look closely at 'Taps Back' vs. 'Exits.'High 'Taps Back': Means the content was engaging or information-dense (Good).High 'Exits': Tells me the story sequence was too long or boring (Bad).

What tools or strategies do you recommend for optimizing engagement across platforms?
1.Sprout Social or Agorapulse (Critical for tracking mentions like "Tandem app" vs. "tandem bike" and managing DMs from users needing help).
2.Canva Team (for quick cultural infographics) + CapCut (for editing "street interview" style Reels/TikToks).

If something isn’t working properly (for example, Instagram posts aren’t sharing to Facebook), how would you approach diagnosing the issue?
1.First, I check if the issue is affecting all posts or just a specific format (e.g., Reels vs. static images), and if it’s happening on mobile, desktop, or both.
2.For Instagram/Facebook specifically, I go straight to the Meta Accounts Center. I ensure the Instagram account is still set to 'Professional' and has the correct Admin access to the linked Facebook page.
3.simply disconnecting and reconnecting the accounts fixes it.
