Following the trend stream as well as using hashtags, popular audios, and as a gen zer, using my knowledge of language and humor to connect with our target audience!

How would you handle negative comments on the TikTok account?
Filtering obviously rude comments and buzzwords, but for people with negative reviews id most likely apologize for the experience they had and send them to QC or have them message so it can be resolved with higher ups!
