What's a non-work-related interest or skill that has helped you Professionally?

I have a knack for storytelling. It’s not directly work-related, but it’s been super helpful professionally. Being able to tell a compelling story can make presentations more engaging, help in marketing by crafting better narratives, and even improve team communication.

Plus, it’s great for connecting with people on a more personal level.

What's Your favorite project you've worked on and why? (ex. what were the steps involved? Did you collaborate with others? What roadblocks did you run into and how did you solve them?)

I worked on a super fun project creating a new app.

First, we brainstormed a bunch of ideas and settled on one that we were all excited about. Then, we created wireframes and mockups to visualize how the app would look and function. I collaborated with designers, developers, and marketing folks to make sure everything was aligned.

One big roadblock we hit was a technical issue where the app kept crashing. We had to dig deep into the code to find the bug, and after a lot of troubleshooting and late-night sessions, we finally fixed it. Testing was another crucial step to ensure everything worked smoothly before the launch.

The best part was seeing the app go live and getting positive feedback from users. It made all the hard work totally worth it!

How do you ensure consistency in brand messaging AND VISUALS across various creative assets?

Oh, that's a great question! To keep brand messaging and visuals consistent across different creative assets, it’s super important to have a solid brand guideline. This includes clear rules about the logo, color palette, fonts, and tone of voice.

Regular check-ins with the team can help too! Everyone involved should be on the same page about what the brand stands for. Using templates for social media posts, ads, and other content can also make it easier to maintain that consistency.

And, of course, always reviewing and updating the assets to reflect any changes in the brand can help keep things fresh while staying true to the core message
