Describe your food and beverage choices during the holiday season (including brands - if relevant).
During the holiday seasons I enjoy more carbs than usual, in the forms of potatoes, stuffing, and bread. Since I’m the only member of my family to eat plant based there usually isn’t many meat alternatives. Sometimes I like to enjoy beyond meat breakfast sausage. For drinks I like to enjoy my coffee with oat milk almost every time.
