TikTok is the most effective platform for beauty content because it feels the most authentic and unfiltered. The short-form videos make it easy to show real results in real time, and the app clearly labels when a filter is being used, which helps build trust with viewers. Because people can see textures, wear tests, and honest reactions up close, TikTok tends to create a stronger connection and more believable beauty content than any other platform.

How would you capture authentic moments that showcase long-lasting makeup during finals week?
During finals week, the most authentic moments happen in the middle of studying, coffee runs, and late-night library sessions, and that’s when long-lasting makeup truly proves itself. I always say “look good, feel good,” and using products that stay put helps me feel confident even on the most stressful days. These real, unfiltered moments show how well my makeup holds up when college life gets chaotic.
