What I think made it successful was the hook of the beginning of the video. a majority of views get lost because the beginning part of there video did not initially grab the attention of the viewers. I watched a video about how to make money and the first seconds of the video the person said “you’re broke and poor and you’re ok with that” now to me that was wild but it peaked my interest because thats a false statement about me and i wanted to know why they would say that. they went into detail about how people carelessly spend their money on luxurious items and living well beyond there means. it really spoke to me and that video got about 200k likes. and this was just based on the hook.
