I personally find reviews to be one of the top factors when buying a product. They can be the thing that make or break if I buy a product from a particular company/brand or buy the product at all.

If I were unsatisfied with the product, I would take the opportunity to provide constructive feedback to the team, outlining specific aspects that I found lacking or areas for improvement. I believe open communication is vital for refining products and ensuring customer satisfaction for the larger market.
