To create a viral and relatable video for PYM, I’d show a real moment like feeling overwhelmed with my twins or daily stress and start with a hook like “When I feel myself spiraling…” Then I’d show myself taking a PYM mood chew and how it helps me pause, reset, and stay calm. Keeping it casual, honest, and real makes it easy for others to connect and see how it fits into everyday life
