The best way to hook social media users is by creating a common goal, which would be losing weight. This would be a before-and-after video where you explain how it changed or a video where you wanted to change habits that had you stuck. In order to tell the story better you chnage the narritive from a healthy product to a solution that the customer must desperatley get in oredr to change their life.

What social media metric do you prioritize and why? how do you get protein soda to go viral?
I prioritize getting more outreach at post over likes and followers because you have an audience, but you need to reach them. With every video, views grow, and the following count will follow and eventually convert to sales. In order to get a protein soda to go viral, you need to understand the struggles of the market you're selling to. For instance, if your customer is having trouble with cutting out processed sugars and sodas, you create content that would push and become popular in that market.
