The most important considerations for me when reviewing a product, is to keep in mind that my thoughts will never be exactly the same as someone else's thoughts. To keep an open mind, is to understand what the person next to you might be thinking and feeling as well.

I focus on performing and submitting tasks on time. In oder to pay attention to detail, you also have to make sure that that the creator is comfortable with their task, because when someone understands or is confident about a certain topic, they will create amazing and phenomenal work. I focus on attention to detail by creating lists, where everyone can ideas or thoughts they may have on their mind.

I will hold members accountable for completing tasks on time, by giving them the opportunity to open about any difficulties that may come with completing that task on time, and how we can work together to make sure the task can be completed to the best of their capabilities.
