I was part of the directorate for triathlon (high school event) for 2 consecutive years which hosted 300+ participants. The arrangement of decor and design were under my supervision where we had to meet deadlines before the event.

I have held a position as a Chat Support Executive where I indulged in conversations with customers regarding their queries and issues. It helped me develop people skills. Besides that, I have studied psychology to help build rapport and safe zone.
