Interview Questions
GRYT
Teen Suite LEADER/Coordinator
How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
Based on my previous experiences working as a leader in group projects, I have devised a thorough plan in making sure group members finish their tasks on time. First, I would identify the main goal, and break it down to smaller tasks. Then, I would make a timeline based on these tasks, with a target completion date of each step or arrange it based on the urgency of tasks. I would then assign tasks to members based on their skillset to ensure the quality of the output. Then we would have a meeting to report our progress as often as needed. When someone is noticeably lagging behind, I would assess the situation and adjust accordingly or ask the other group members for help. In general, I employ positive reinforcement on my members by motivating them and practicing positive speech. I would also provide feedback in a way that would highlight their strengths, and give an honest review on areas to improve in. I basically try to maintain a positive group dynamic to make communication easier and pleasant, which in turn, makes work finish faster and end on a positive note.
