Interview Questions

Sourse

Social Media Intern

Sourse Profile Image

What is a wellness or beauty brand that has great social media presence? What sets them apart?

I believe that the brand SpotMyUV is "spot" on. They created such a unique and surprising product, that even doctors tend to test it out if it actually works. It does! Since it is such a small thing, as it is just a sticker that reminds you when you need to reapply sunscreen, many can't believe it to be true. That leads to its popularity spreading and many people trying it out, only to see if it works. I think that is where it takes a nice marketing approach that sets them apart from other brands.

Do you enjoy learning about and sharing health/wellness trends and hacks? If so, share one with us you love!

Slugging is one of the things I found out about from using Tik Tok. It is simply using a pea size amount of vaseline on your face, before you go to bed or even to go to sleep in. Doing so leaves you with really moisturized and soft skin. However it is important not to overdo it as it can also have negative effects of eventually clogging your pores, which can cause other skin reactions, but as long as it is done the right way, it's perfectly fine and even recommended to do so.

Aquaphor

Aquaphor Campus Events Lead

Aquaphor Profile Image

If you were given 300 Aquaphor products how would you share them and get the word out within your campus community?

I feel like the inclusion of content creating would be my first thought. This could be as easy as approaching students around the campus, however only filming them upon their approval, asking what they do, or what they use to protect their skin from unnecessary and irritable dryness. This would nicely allow me to promote Aquaphor as well as give it away to those people that partake in the project.
