Please give one example of how you would encapsulate the Female Founder Collective persona and voice through a TikTok?
I would ask the female founder tiktok followers to share a time where they felt discouraged and insecure about doing something and they talked to a woman or a group of women who encouraged them to do the thing. Now they are living in the results of the decision that they were afraid to make.
This will open a dialogue about the important of a support system of women because I might feel afraid to do something but if I feel support from women around me I will be encouraged to do it.
