What do you listen for when reviewing podcast content?
I listen for tone of voice. Do I find this person easy to listen to? I look for how aligned the content in the podcast aligns with my own beliefs and I listen to hear new ideas. If there are new facts and ideas that I would not have thought about, that to me is a good podcast.

How do you approach providing constructive feedback?
I listen to feedback and decipher from feedback how I can edit my own work while also staying original to my ideas. Also sometimes just completely trying someone else’s suggestion can shed light on aspects of my work that I might have ignored.

share a few ways you would creatively pass out product on campus? are you comfortable approaching new people and talking about maryruth's?
I am an extrovert at heart, so I love talking to new people and sharing my love for wellness with them. I would do a pop up stand where students can see what the products are and try them. Also I think it would be a good idea to collaborate with student cafes to possibly stock mini mineral and supplement bottles in school store or cafes
