What experience do you have with managing social media campaigns or content creators?

As Vice President of Communications for Women in Healthcare, I manage our club’s social media presence and oversee content planning, creation, and execution across platforms. I lead the development of content calendars, coordinate posts around events and initiatives, and ensure consistent branding and messaging that resonates with our audience. In this role, I regularly collaborate with club members and guest speakers to gather content, delegate posting responsibilities, and guide creators on captions, visuals, and engagement strategies. I also track performance and engagement to understand what content performs best and adjust our strategy accordingly. This experience has strengthened my ability to manage multiple contributors, maintain deadlines, and run organized, goal-driven social media campaigns, skills that directly translate to managing student creators for the Nipskin campus activation.

How would you recruit and engage 50 student influencers on your campus?

I would recruit the 50 student influencers by leveraging my existing campus networks, especially my sorority and the multiple clubs I’m involved in. I’d start by recruiting directly from my sorority through chapter announcements and group chats, prioritizing members who already create Instagram content and are comfortable posting Reels and Stories. This allows for fast sign-ups, strong participation, and consistent content quality due to built-in trust. To expand beyond my sorority, I would reach out to women-led clubs and organizations across campus such as wellness, fitness, fashion, and marketing groups. I’d work with club leaders to share a short recruitment message and sign-up form, ensuring a diverse group of micro-creators while maintaining a female-focused, confidence-driven message aligned with Nipskin’s mission.Once creators are selected, I would onboard them with clear posting instructions, deadlines, the Walmart link, and campaign guidelines to ensure all content meets expectations. I would distribute the Nipskin nipple covers in person to increase accountability and track product handoff, while also capturing behind-the-scenes content during pickups and unboxings.Throughout the campaign, I would manage all creators using a tracking spreadsheet to monitor Reel and Story posts, links, and review bonuses. I’d stay in close communication with creators, send reminders, and encourage engagement by highlighting the Walmart review incentive and opportunities for reposts. This organized, community-driven approach ensures high participation, authentic content, and a successful campus activation for Nipskin.
