How comfortable are you with filming and editing videos?

I’m very comfortable with both filming and editing videos. Since launching my TikTok account, @zoenaimah, I’ve developed skills in content creation from planning and filming engaging short-form videos to editing them. I regularly use tools like CapCut to edit my videos.

How do you approach creating video content that engages a young audience?

I approach creating video content for a young audience by focusing on authenticity and relatability. In December 2024, I launched my TikTok account, where I create content centered on college life as a Black woman at Syracuse University. After one of my first videos went viral, I quickly gained a following among female Syracuse students of color. Since then, I’ve shaped my content around themes like college life, girlhood, my involvement in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and the broader experience of being a Black woman at a predominantly white institution.
