Show me a piece of content you made that performed well , and explain why it worked.

When searching up my nonprofit UrbanUplift Productions one of my first video advertisements was for the Illinois National Guard. This piece performed greatly because of a mix of well designed and eye captivating angles making the reel aesthetically pleasing to watch, the content was also promoted on all social media platforms to hype up engagement.

Imagine Swishvo is launching a campaign called ‘Healers Deserve to Be Seen.’ What’s the first piece of content you would create?

I would interview healers through z social media platforms and then create a video reel with a mix of statistics, quotes from the healer, and a mix of visual that focus on emotional engagement.

If you had to convince someone that spiritual care is real healthcare, what would you say?

If I had to convince someone that spiritual care is real healthcare, I would say this: our bodies don’t exist separately from our minds or our energy. Stress, fear, grief, and unresolved emotions show up physically through tension, fatigue, illness, and burnout. Spiritual care practices like meditation, breathwork, sound frequencies, and yoga help regulate the nervous system, restore balance, and create space for the body to heal. I’ve experienced firsthand how grounding the spirit can calm the mind and strengthen the body, allowing clarity, resilience, and emotional stability to return. Spiritual care isn’t an alternative to healthcare it’s a foundation that supports it, making healing more sustainable and whole.
