Can you share an example of a successful event you organized in the past and how it impacted someone else?
I organized a community day for small business owners and entrepreneurs to meet and network with each other in our small town. Not only did this help foster a sense of community in the neighborhood, but it also led to the development of some great partnerships and more regular events.

What is an example of when you went out of your way to provide an act of kindness from someone who is not an immediate friend or family member?
When I came home from college, I found out that one of our neighbors with a young daughter was having a tough time going to school. I used to babysit her, and she was always overjoyed to see me. I talked to her dad and planned to surprise her. I picked her up from school with some munchkins and Taylor Swift blaring. She was smiling ear to ear. I think it made both of our days!
