What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?

With experience working on a company's Instagram page, I increased their following by 400 followers in 3 months. I did this by scrolling through feed and liking/commenting on posts. Then I would follow about 10 new people or organizations a day that were part of the same community or may be intrigued by the company I was working for. This created more attraction to our Instagram page.

Can you describe your process for developing a social media content calendar?

I start by brainstorming all my content ideas. Once ideas are approved, I spend the next day getting all footage or material necessary for the content (if necessary). Then once I have an idea of how long each content piece will take me, I assign the easier ones to be posted first and the ones that will take longer to be posted later in the week. If certain content needs to be posted on a specific date, that content will be prioritized.

What social media platforms are you most proficient in, and which industries have you worked in as a social media manager?

I am most proficient in Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok. I assisted the creative director at Everviolet with Instagram and TikTok as an intern.
