I would create this through limited offers such as discounts or a sponsored video from an influencer/customer.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would apologize about their negative experience and reiterate the company’s mission. Then, I would ask for contact information to reach out personally/offer reimbursement. It is important to prioritize the relationship despite negative feedback for long-term results.
