What strategies would you use to keep the Discord community active and engaged?
I would post daily and be very interactive, reply to all members, and make sure everyone feels welcome and receives the support or help they need.
I'd also make it fun to actually engage and welcome all new members to make it very inclusive.
In the past, I managed gaming Discord servers before, and it's honestly a very fun experience!

How would you handle a conflict between community members?
Honestly, I would investigate the situation and talk to each member to see what happened. I'd then try to calm them down and explain that misunderstandings happen, but it's important that we respect each other. If things get worse, then obviously I'll have to take further action.
