As a Gen Z individual, I believe that work ethic genuinely varies between different cultures, upbringing, and even personal choices. I think a vast amount of Gen Z people are hard workers because they like to have money and are extremely oriented on that. A lot of Gen Z individuals fell victim to the issues with Covid-19 and were forced to go through the work field when it was at it's peak before crashing. Some individuals really do not know what they want because they were pushed into the real world so quickly because of the pandemic and the issues faced. Some of the key times of development for these individuals were taken away. This is a major and common set back for the Gen Z.
