What gets you excited about working in the beauty industry?
What gets me excited about working in the beauty industry is knowing that there’s no such thing as “a formula” when it comes to marketing a product or service to consumers. The beauty industry specializes in individualism, but it also specializes in creativity. When I imagine this, I see that every opportunity I can get to work on something in the beauty industry is an opportunity to voice the thoughts or wants of a small community, who may not recognize that they’re misunderstand or underrepresented, and broadcast it for their influence as well as others. There's always a possibility to go trending :)
