What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?
I believe interactive stories on instagram allow to grow a loyal customer base and they interact with the accounts more. I also think it is important to interact regularly in comments to i.e. reply to comments

Can you describe your process for developing a social media content calendar?
I make my social media calendars on canva and google sheets. I name each canva tile with the date and time to post and then put that link on an actual calender I have made on excel/google sheets

I am highly skilled in tiktok and instagram. I have managed social medias for many small restaurant businesses.
