Interview Questions
JOVA
Business Development Intern (Health Food Startup)

Tell us about a time you helped something run more smoothly, or solved a problem on your own.
While working as an IT Support Specialist on campus, I noticed that students were confused on the tutorials on printing items, as well as setting up Wi-Fi on devices. When I looked more closely at the tutorials that the IT team created, they were outdated. I took the initiative to create updated, easy to follow guides with clear graphics. As a result there was a significant reduction in complaints as well as repetitive support requests, and improved overall efficiency.

How do you usually keep track of tasks, follow-ups, or deadlines when things are moving fast?
I love keeping track of tasks using google calendar as well as reminder to keep track of deadlines. I also like separating tasks based on urgency so I can prioritize effectively. When things move fast, I make it a point to review my calendar and to-do list at the start and end of each day.
