I usually like to sit down with a piece of paper or use my iPad and brainstorm. I take those ideas and then make drafts. Sometimes, if the drafts have good content i like to put them into my final draft! It’s a mini process before the final, but it’s helped me when trying to make content!.

Also, ps! I saw that this was about PCOS. I do not have PCOS myself, however I did create content for Stardust: Period Tracker App, and I had a lot of fun with them! If anything, I hope that lets you consider me! I am very adamant and in such huge support of women’s health!!

I am a very tech savvy and social media loving college student. With the way how TikTok has us all in a chokehold, I usually like to scroll or search up keywords that have popped up onto my for you page a couples times. To my surprise as someone who’s made content on TikTok and can figure out what’s trending by the amount of videos used, and the specific hashtags being used, scrolling works very well for me!
