My programme examines how gender issues are shaped by the global economic and social processes. I have gained a critical understanding of the theories and methods that are used to analyse development and globalisation from a feminist perspective. I have also developed skills in research, communication, and policy-making that are relevant for the creative industry. For example, I have written essays and reports on topics such as labour, work, and employment patterns, economic restructuring, and critical policy issues. I have also created visual content such as infographics and posters to present my findings and recommendations. I’m passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to contribute to the advancement of gender equality and social justice in the world. I’m looking for creative opportunities that allow me to do so.

I have a BS in Economics, a degree that gave me a solid foundation in the science of decision-making. During my four years of study, I learned how to analyze data, trends, models, and policies using various quantitative tools. I also took courses in world literature and art, which broadened my knowledge and perspective and led to a lot of self-development. For my final year project, I applied my skills to a real-world problem: how does Pakistan's Trade Openness effect its carbon emissions, as I am extremely passionate about the environment. I conducted secondary research, compiled and analyzed data, and created a report with recommendations and visualizations. I’m passionate about using my economics skills to make a positive difference in the world. I’m looking for creative opportunities that challenge me to learn new things and collaborate with others.
