I built strong relationships during my college years by forming a band called "Bucketlist" in a unique and inclusive way. Instead of holding a traditional audition process, I organized an informal jam session open to musicians from across the university. This relaxed setting allowed me to discover talented instrumentalists while also connecting with individuals I genuinely got along with on a personal level. The experience not only led to the formation of a tight-knit band but also fostered lasting friendships and creative collaborations. Many of the musicians who attended the session connected with each other, forming their own creative bonds, and we’ve all stayed in touch ever since.
