Poppi is my favorite brand to follow because their content is so bright, playful, and positive, it just makes you feel good and elevates your day. I love how they promote a healthy lifestyle in a way that feels fun and accessible! As someone who’s passionate about wellness and lives a health-focused lifestyle myself, their vibe really resonates with me. Also, their use of color, audio, and trends always keeps their content engaging and current and attracts a very large Gen-Z audience.

How do you stay current with video content trends in the ever-evolving digital landscape?

I stay current by actively consuming and analyzing content across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, not just as a viewer, but as a creator. I pay close attention to editing styles, trending audio, hooks, and pacing that resonate with audiences; in my current internship, every week I analyze TikTok CSV Data and create slideshows that teach creators at my company what marketing strategies are working. I also follow creators and strategists who break down viral trends and study brand campaigns that perform well. As someone who runs a food and lifestyle account with over 150,000 total views and has led content for brand pop-ups, I’m always testing what works, learning from analytics, and evolving my approach based on what’s genuinely engaging,not just trendy.
